Art in Bloom 2 Contest.jpg

Our “Art in Bloom 2” contest was a “blooming” success!  As always, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of talent and creativity of the artists! Congratulations and thanks to all our winners and entrants.

We are also extremely grateful to the talented Cathy Taylor for being willing to take on the difficult task of selecting the winners for the competition.

Judges Statement

Wow!  What a difficult but thoroughly enjoyable task! I love having the opportunity to experience your amazing creativity. Each artist has a unique way of expressing themselves and Citra papers are a great catalyst for artistic explorations.

Every one of you deserves an award for sharing your creativity and imagination. When judging a show or contest, I look at technical aspects of the work, but more importantly, I want to see evidence of the artist in the work. That is the unique gift we have to share as artists; our vision.  Congratulations to all of you and to this year's winners. Happy creating!!!
